Du kan hente ut mer tilbehør til din eksisterende ordre under følgende forutsetninger: 

 

• ALT du henter ut skal legges på gulvet, og deretter tas oversiktsbilder av. Det skal tydelig fremgå hva du tar med deg på bildene. 
• Du skal svare på eposten "Din kvittering" og beskrive hva du har hentet ut, samt vedlegge bilder. ''
• Eposten skal sendes FØR du går ut fra lokasjonen. 
• Kostnader av hentet tilbehør trekkes fra depositum.

 

Returnere overskuddsmateriell? 

• Du kan KUN returnere ubrukte og uåpnede pakker.
• Følge samme fremgangsmåte som beskrevet ovenfor med bilder og tekst som sendes på epost. 

 

Dersom du henter ut varer uten å fullføre ovenstående anses dette som tyveri og politianmeldes i tillegg til at vi trekker inntil 2500,- NOK i gebyr pluss verdier av det du tok med. Vi har kameraer på alle våre lokasjoner.

 

 

You may collect additional accessories/materials for your existing order under the following conditions:

 

• EVERYTHING you collect must first be placed on the floor and photographed. The photos must clearly show all items you are taking with you.
• Reply to the email titled “Your Receipt” and describe what you have collected. Attach the photos to the email.
• The email must be sent BEFORE you leave the location.
• The cost of any additional accessories/materials collected will be deducted from your deposit.

 

Returning unused materials?

• You may ONLY return unused and unopened packages.
• Follow the same procedure described above: take photos and send an email describing what you are returning.

 

If you take any items without completing the steps above, this will be considered theft and reported to the police. In addition, we may charge a fee of up to NOK 2,500 plus the value of any items you took. All our locations are monitored by CCTV.

 

 

Możesz pobrać dodatkowe akcesoria/materiały do swojego istniejącego zamówienia pod następującymi warunkami:

 

• WSZYSTKIE pobierane rzeczy należy najpierw położyć na podłodze i zrobić zdjęcia pokazujące całość. Na zdjęciach musi być wyraźnie widoczne, co zabierasz.
• Odpowiedz na wiadomość e-mail zatytułowaną „Twój paragon” („Din kvittering”), opisz, co zostało pobrane, i załącz zdjęcia.
• E-mail musi zostać wysłany PRZED opuszczeniem lokalizacji.
• Koszt pobranych dodatkowych akcesoriów/materiałów zostanie potrącony z kaucji.

 

Zwrot niewykorzystanych materiałów?

• Możesz zwrócić WYŁĄCZNIE nieużywane i nieotwarte opakowania.
• Postępuj zgodnie z tą samą procedurą opisaną powyżej: zrób zdjęcia i wyślij e-mail z opisem zwracanych rzeczy.

 

Jeżeli zabierzesz jakiekolwiek towary bez wykonania powyższych czynności, zostanie to uznane za kradzież i zgłoszone na policję. Dodatkowo możemy naliczyć opłatę w wysokości do 2500 NOK oraz obciążyć Cię wartością zabranych przedmiotów. Wszystkie nasze lokalizacje są objęte monitoringiem wizyjnym.
